Site means the place or places where the permanent Works are to be carried out including workshops where the same is being prepared. Host Site means the site at which the Site Host Load is consumed, including real property, facilities and equipment owned or operated by the Site Host or its Related Entities located at such site. Sites means the area(s) upon or in which the construction work is carried on, and such other areas adjacent thereto as may be designated by the Commissioner. The Site, where applicable, means the designated project place(s) named in the bidding document. Project Site(s) means the place(s) specified in the SCC for the supply and installation of the System.Ĭity’s Site means any land and/or premises owned by the City on which or in respect of which the Services are performed by the Consultant Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, you acknowledge that such consideration includes your use of the Quaver Sites and receipt of data, materials, and information available at or through the Quaver Sites, the possibility of our use or display of your Solicited Submissions (as defined below in Section 3, entitled “SUBMISSIONS”), and the possibility of the publicity and promotion from our use or display of your Solicited Submissions.Ĭustomer Site means the site owned or leased by the Customer or any other site used to provide the Service, which is directly connected to a PoP managed by Liquid Telecom, as set out in the COF You understand and acknowledge that in order to provide the Quaver Sites, we have incurred substantial expenses and continue to undertake commitments in reliance upon your consent and your consent to your child’s participation in and use of the Quaver Sites. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Quaver Sites or any portion thereof at any time, including the availability of any area of the Quaver Sites. Subject to the requirements of applicable consumer rights and other laws, you agree that any action at law or in equity arising out of or relating to these Terms of Use or the Quaver Sites shall be filed, and that venue properly lies, only in state or federal courts located in the City of Nashville, State of Tennessee, United States of America, and you hereby consent and submit to the personal jurisdiction of such courts for the purposes of litigating any such action. We may also impose limits on certain features and services or restrict your access to parts or all of the Quaver Sites without notice or liability. Inclusion of any link from our Quaver Sites to another web site does not imply approval or endorsement of the linked web site by us. We are not responsible for the conduct, whether online or offline, of any user of the Quaver Sites. The content of Quaver Sites are intended for educational and entertainment purposes only.

Supply of goods, services, and software through Quaver Sites is subject to United States export control and economic sanctions requirements.
You may terminate these Terms of Use at any time by discontinuing use of the Quaver Site and destroying all materials obtained from the Quaver Sites and all related documentation and all copies and installations thereof, whether made under these Terms of Use or otherwise.
